Today was more of a health fail then a healthy win.

I did 2 circuits of this.

I ran 2 miles today in about 20 mins. I feel really good about this one because I ran outside, with hills, in the cold and still managed to keep a pretty good pace.
Finally back on the horse now after basically taking the weekend off.

My work out today was each of these exercise for 20 sec (as many reps as possible) then 10 sec of rest. I ended up doing 6 circuits which kicked my ass haha

Today was not a good day for my tracking. I have no idea how many calories I ate for dinner. I didn’t read and I didn’t workout. But I did have a hot date night and I doubt I was very high on calories probably under. So I’m just going to call this my once in a blue moon rest days.
