Feb 14th - Daily Update

Today was more of a health fail then a healthy win.

  • Didn’t read again today. I haven’t really been taking time for this lately and seem to be struggling overall. I’m going to revamp on Sat and do my best t/m.

Workout:

  •  I did a 15 min core work out today. I’m taking tomorrow off then on Saturday I’m going to start Insanity

I ran 2 miles today in about 20 mins. I feel really good about this one because I ran outside, with hills, in the cold and still managed to keep a pretty good pace.

Finally back on the horse now after basically taking the weekend off.

My work out today was each of these exercise for 20 sec (as many reps as possible) then 10 sec of rest. I ended up doing 6 circuits which kicked my ass haha

Feb 9th - Daily Update

  • Consumed: I went way over today. Tonight was family night at the casino. I decided this is an experience I won’t get to fully enjoy often so I let my self go. Back on the bus tomorrow though.

  • Didn’t get a chance to read any today either.

Workout:

  •  This is about the only thing I did do today. Megan and I played racquetball for about 45 mins or so.

Feb 8th - Daily Update

Today was not a good day for my tracking. I have no idea how many calories I ate for dinner. I didn’t read and I didn’t workout. But I did have a hot date night and I doubt I was very high on calories probably under. So I’m just going to call this my once in a blue moon rest days.
